Conventional Juicers...?
Conventional "centrifugal" juicers work like simple blenders. They grind up food, churning and pulverizing it with noisy blades and gears. This process produces more waste and less juice - but, more importantly, it overheats and destroys the fragile, living enzymes found in natural produce. The result: juice processed with conventional juicers has less nutrition than the food used to make it.
To extract more juice, the Oscar VitalMAX uses a three stage auger (pictured right) to gently crush fruit, vegetables, wheatgrass and various foods. During extraction, each "stage" chews and crushes food to extract progressively extract more and more juice.
Afterwards, the Oscar VitalMAX emits what little waste remains - leaving you with a full, flavour-rich juice ready for immediate consumption or refrigeration.
